Part Time Customer Relations Associate

FPA is seeking a considerate and detailed oriented Customer Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. The position will be responsible for FPA’s community management and customer service across the breadth of the organization. This part-time position offers competitive hourly rates and friendly work environment in newly renovated offices in midtown Manhattan. Hybrid/Remote flexibility might be a consideration for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be committed and passionate about furthering FPA’s mission, thrive in a fast paced and collaborative work environment, and have at least 1-2yrs experience in customer service and using website and social media platforms.
