Make a Lasting Difference

Fellowship for Performing Arts is grateful to have earned the trust and support of our Fellowship Circle of patrons.

As relationships deepen, we often are asked about alternative means of giving, such as donating stocks, giving from a managed account or including FPA in estate planning, all of which can create a legacy of support.

To take the next step forward in these areas, FPA is partnering with the Barnabas Foundation to offer professional, biblically centered guidance through such giving opportunities.

“Barnabas has been around since 1976, guiding people like you in alternative ways of giving to ministries that resonate with them,” said FPA Founder and Artistic Director Max McLean. “We believe their experience and expertise will be a benefit to many from the FPA ‘family.’”

Through this partnership, we can now provide our supporters with access to professional advice and legal expertise from those sharing our beliefs to:

• Discover giving options available to them in a way that is clear and easy to understand.

• Ensure their estate plans reflect their family and charitable goals.

• Give stock, real estate, commodities or other non-cash gifts to reduce their taxes.

• Establish a Stewards Fund (donor-advised fund) account to simplify their giving.

• Make gifts that provide income for life.

“These services are offered without charge to our donors,” said Amy Van Valkenburg, FPA’s Donor Relations Manager. “We want each of them to have access to the best philanthropic planning advice available, advice offered in the context of the same faith that fuels our mission.”
