Tom Dulack

TOM DULACK (Playwright). Incommunicado won The Kennedy Center Award for New American Plays.  Friends Like These won the Kaufman and Hart Prize for New American Comedy.  Also, Breaking Legs, Diminished Capacity, Solomon’s Child among others on and off Broadway.  In addition to writing the libretti and directing two operas, Dulack was also from 2005-2016 the writer and director of more than forty Young People’s Concerts for the New York Philharmonic. Other work includes four novels, and three works of non-fiction.  He is Professor of English at The University of Connecticut where he teaches drama, Shakespeare and creative writing courses.
